We offer three class levels:
Intro to Reformer - This foundational class introduces you to the Reformer machine and the principles of Pilates. You’ll learn essential movements and how to use the equipment safely. Expect a supportive, educational environment focused on building confidence and body awareness.
Level 1 – This class is for those who have completed the Intro class or are familiar with Reformer Pilates basics. You’ll refine your technique, improve alignment, and build foundational strength — all while being challenged with more dynamic sequences and increased resistance.
Level 2 – Level 2 offers more complex sequences and coordination, faster transitions, and advanced variations. This class emphasizes dynamic movement, balance, and endurance while maintaining precision and form. Expect creative flows and a deeper focus on muscular control. Please have a chat with Shannon before moving up from Level 1.
