FAQs

I’m new to reformer - where should I start?

Level 1 classes are perfect for beginners. They're slower-paced and focus on building a strong foundation. You also have the option of booking a 1:1 or 3:1 session with Shannon if you prefer.

What should I bring to class?

Hot Mat & Hot Yoga
Please bring a non-slip mat, towel, and water.
You can bring your own or rent our non-slip mats and towels at the studio for €1 each.
Reformer Pilates
Bring a bottle of water and wear either grip socks or clean bare feet—go with whichever gives you the best grip and stability.
Move Active grip socks are available to purchase in-studio for €14.

What’s your cancellation policy?

We kindly ask that you cancel at least 20 hours before your class. This allows us to offer the spot to someone on the waitlist and helps keep the schedule running smoothly. Cancellations made less than 20 hours before class will result in the loss of that class credit. We appreciate your understanding.

Is there parking available?

Yes, there is street parking available and ample parking in the Slievenamon Road/Emmet Street Car Park.

I’m pregnant, which classes are suitable for me?

As long as you haven’t been advised against exercise by your healthcare provider, you're welcome to attend Reformer Pilates classes — with some modifications. Please let your instructor know you're pregnant before class so we can support you with appropriate adjustments.
Please note: Our Hot Mat and Hot Yoga classes are not suitable during pregnancy.

How does the 5 class intro pack work?
